I am from Independence, MO and started doing photography again as a hobby in 2005. I started photography in the mid 1980's using a Canon 35mm SLR. I somewhat lost my enthusiasm for photography in the 1990's until 2005 when I got a Nikon D50.

My favorite things to photograph come from walking in nature. I am fortunate to have a few "nature" trails near my house.
